David Lackey

David S. Lackey was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in August 1981 and has been practicing law in Lenoir since then. He graduated from Duke University with a B.A. He graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1981. Mr. Lackey has a general civil practice that includes real estate, both transactional and litigation, general civil litigation, appeals, family law, business law, and personal injury. Since December 1990, he has served as County Attorney of Caldwell County. Mr. Lackey served as the President of both the Caldwell County Bar Association and the 25th Judicial District Bar.

David S. Lackey earned his undergraduate degree at Duke University (’77), and his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1981.
