Meet David S. Lackey
David S. Lackey has practiced law in Lenoir, North Carolina since being admitted to the bar in August of 1981. He is a graduate of Duke University, B.A. 1977, cum laude, and the University of North Carolina School of Law, 1981. Mr. Lackey maintains a general civil law practice, including real estate (both transactional and litigation), general civil litigation and appeals, business law, personal injury and family law. He has also served as County Attorney for Caldwell County since December of 1990. Mr. Lackey has served as President of the Caldwell County Bar Association and the 25th Judicial District Bar.
