Meet David S. Lackey
David S. Lackey has practiced law in Lenoir, North Carolina since being admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in August of 1981. He is a graduate of Duke University, BA, 1977, cum laude, and the University of North Carolina School of Law, 1981. Mr. Lackey's practice areas include real estate, business law, non-contested family law matters, and adoptions. He served as Caldwell County Attorney from 1990 to 2024. He has also served as President of the Caldwell County Bar Association and the 25th Judicial District Bar.
