Lead Attorney-Family Lawyer

We are hiring an Associate Attorney to practice family law in Caldwell, Catawba, Burke, and surrounding counties. Our office is in Lenoir, North Carolina.

Our firm currently has a large, growing family-law practice. We seek a talented and motivated individual to be the lead attorney for this practice area.

This is an opportunity for a talented and motivated family-law attorney to step in and be the lead attorney of an existing high-volume family law practice that continues to grow. The firm will handle all overhead expenses.

The Associate Attorney will also be expected to handle cases in other practice areas as needed, especially until the Associate Attorney builds up a full volume of family-law cases.

Requirements:

  • North Carolina Bar License
  • Prior experience handling family-law cases

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on fees the attorney earns.
  • Raises based on merit.
